IEEE Bangladesh Section (IEEE BDS) and IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) Bangladesh Chapter are jointly organizing the IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Information, Communication and Systems 2025 (SPICSCON 2025). The conference will be hosted on 21-22 November 2025 in hybrid mode at the University of Rajshahi, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. It is the fourth version of this conference.
The conference will serve as a platform for academic researchers and research scholars working mainly in the field of signal processing, information technology, communications, and systems applications to exchange and share their experience and research results on diverse theoretical and practical problems. It will host a large number of keynote/invited talks from renowned researchers, project showcases, and tutorials/training on relevant fields. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
